This mobile ice cream food trailer is customized for a local Spanish entrepreneur Madis. The client aims to launch a flexible outdoor street vending business, selling soft-serve ice cream and mini pancakes in urban commercial areas, rural roads and outdoor activity venues across Spain.
Considering the severe snowy and cold winter climate in parts of Spain, the client required a durable, cold-resistant, fully functional mini food trailer with personalized appearance and interior layout to support year-round outdoor catering operation.
After several communications with our factory’s sales team, Madis finally decided to customize this 8.2ft yellow food trailer from our factory.

Based on the client’s requirements for selling ice cream and mini pancakes, our sales team provided an interior layout diagram and planned the placement of all equipment. The finalized plan was highly approved by the client.
Food trailer Exterior
To adapt to the cold and snowy climate in Spain, we installed sealed sliding windows for thermal insulation and wind resistance, which effectively isolates low temperature and ensures stable internal equipment operation in winter.
Adopting his favorite yellow as the food trailer’s body color, matched with customized ice cream pattern decals and a beige striped awning, the whole trailer presents a fresh retro dessert style, greatly improving outdoor recognition and attracting more customers.
Packaging and Shipping of Ice Cream Food Trailer
We typically use sea freight to Spain, the shipping time is about 35 days. We use fully reinforced professional packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
