Kenneth, founder of Puff Puff Man, a London street food brand specializing in fried doughnuts and puff, needed a custom-built mobile small food trailer to sell these in London’s busy market areas.
He needed a compact yet eye-catching small concession trailer that could meet the demands of daily operations in London’s bustling districts while complying with relevant UK and EU regulations.
He partnered with our factory to design and build a 6.8ft Tiffany blue small concession food trailer tailored to his needs.

Customized Solution for This Mini Cream Puff Food Trailer
- We’ve increased the height of the food trailer by 12 cm (4.7 inches) compared to the standard model, ensuring that users over 6 feet, like Kenneth, can stand comfortably.
- The workbench height inside the mini food trailer is custom-designed to his height, reducing fatigue from prolonged standing.
- Electrical equipment and workbench materials: All wiring and electrical systems have been upgraded to CE-certified components, including UK standard sockets, a 230V distribution panel.
- The internal workbench is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which meets British food hygiene requirements, is easy to clean, and is corrosion-resistant.
- The trailer chassis and AL-KO axle system are built to EU road safety standards, including load testing for UK traction regulations.
- Customized Mini Food Trailer Exterior: We used weather-resistant and UV-protective vinyl printing to create a custom “Puff Puff Man” livery for Kenneth, incorporating brand colors, logo, and social media accounts.
- The service window, counter layout, and sink station were optimized for his donut-making process to ensure fast service.
Small Mobile Food trailer Quality Inspection and Delivery
Before shipment, the mini food trailer undergoes a rigorous testing process at our factory to ensure reliability:
- Our factory’s testing department inspects the internal wiring of each trailer and generates a test report to ensure your electrical safety.
- Rain testing ensures the vehicle is free from leaks, which is crucial for London’s changeable weather.
- The mini food trailer undergoes full assembly and inspection at the factory, and photos and videos are shared with Kenneth. The customer then settles the final payment, and shipping arrangements are made.
- The food trailer is securely packaged in a custom-made wooden crate and shipped to the UK.
